Consultation Fees

Please contact our friendly staff to make an appointment. We are a private billing clinic. Our fees are as follows:

Standard Appointment
– Private $78.00 ($74.00 if paid on day)
– Health Care Card & Pension Holders $60.00 ($56.00 if paid on day)

Long Appointment
– Private $121 ($117.00 if paid on day)
– Health Care Card & Pension Holders $96.70 ($92.70 if paid on day)

Extended Appointment
– Private $159.00 ($155.00 if paid on day)
Health Care Card & Pension Holders $133.00 ($129.00 if paid on day)


Children under 16 will be bulk billed Monday to Friday. NO BULK BILLING AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS.

A discount applies for patients who settle the account on the day of consultation:

Scripts without an appointment – $7.00
Authority Scripts without appointment – $10

Health Care Card and Pension Care Holders MUST show staff a current card on request.

You will be aware that in 2015, the federal Government froze our medicare rebates. Our fees will continue to increase in line with the CPI, to reflect our running costs as none of our costs have been ‘frozen’. This means that your out of pocket expense will increase. We urge you to contact your local MP, our health minister the Honourable Sussan Ley, or our Prime Minister the honourable Malcom Turnbull to lobby against their shortsighted attack on the viability of general practice.


New Patients

The surgery welcomes new patients. We require a longer appt to allow the doctor to take a detailed history, and discuss the current problem. A new patient information and consent form can be downloaded from our website. Please ring if you wish to make an appointment with us.

Home Visits

In some circumstances, if you are too sick to come to the surgery, and live in the immediate area, our doctors are available to make house calls. Same day requests need to be made by 9.30am by telephone to allow the doctor to make time available during lunch to do the house call.

An out of pocket fee is charged for all home visits and is proportional to the time the doctor is away from the clinic, including travel time.

There is a token medicare rebate for house calls.

Onsite Parking

Parking is available at the surgery.

It is accessible from Coleman Road.

Phone Call and Test Result

You can contact your doctor by ringing during surgery hours,  Emergency calls will always be put straight through.

To obtain test results please ring between 11am and 2pm.

It is the policy of this practice that all patients are informed about significantly abnormal results.

WE ENCOURAGE ALL PATIETNS TO SHARE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR HEALTH BY FOLLOWING UP ON ALL RESULTS. Any system can have mistakes so we strongly advise you to always phone the practice to check that your results have been received and that no further action is required.

We do not communicate with patients via email.

My Health Record

Please consider registering for the “My Health Record” the new national digital health record system. It means your mort important health information can be digitally stored in one place. That information will be able to be viewed securely online by you and your healthcare providers.

Your doctor may be happy to do a script for ongoing medication without an appointment., this usually takes 24 hours and there is a charge of $7.00.
